Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
Welcome to Purely Drafted.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Purely Drafted website and your purchase of products from our online store.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. About Purely Drafted
Purely Drafted is an online design store offering original and selected designs on print-on-demand products, including apparel, wall art, homeware, accessories and other products.
Our products are produced on demand through third-party production and fulfilment network providers.
For purchases made through this website, your contract of sale is with Purely Drafted, not directly with an individual Print Provider.

2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.
However, you should understand that:
- colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device;
- product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
- print placement may vary slightly;
- product photographs may be lifestyle images or mock-ups;
- product specifications, materials, colours or fulfilment locations may occasionally change.
Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
Purely Drafted uses a print-on-demand business model.
This means that products are generally produced after an order has been placed rather than being manufactured and stored in advance.
Orders may be produced and fulfilled by Print Providers within the network.
As a result:
- products may be manufactured at different fulfilment locations;
- shipping carriers may vary;
- packaging may vary;
- production times may vary;
- delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
4. Ordering
When you place an order through Purely Drafted, you are submitting an order to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order confirmation will provide details of the products purchased and the relevant order information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- an obvious pricing error;
- a product becoming unavailable;
- inability to fulfil the order;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- an invalid or incomplete delivery address;
- technical errors;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.
5. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency.
Where required by law, applicable taxes will be included in the displayed price or clearly identified before purchase.
Delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be processed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
If an obvious pricing error occurs and you have already placed an order, we may contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
6. Order Processing and Changes
Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.
Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to change:
- size;
- colour;
- product;
- design;
- quantity;
- shipping method;
- delivery address.
Please carefully check your order before completing payment.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after production has started.
7. Delivery
We provide estimated production and delivery information on the relevant product pages, checkout page or shipping information.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by:
- production times;
- postal or carrier delays;
- weekends and public holidays;
- customs processing;
- incorrect delivery information;
- weather;
- supply-chain disruption;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For UK orders, applicable consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed.
For US orders, we will make reasonable delivery representations based on the information available to us. Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers must have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times, or generally for shipment within 30 days if no shipping time is stated.
8. International Orders
Purely Drafted may offer products for delivery to customers outside the United Kingdom.
Depending on the destination country, an order may be subject to:
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- local taxes;
- customs processing fees;
- brokerage fees;
- other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge, they may be payable by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with applicable import requirements.
9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfilment.
Damaged, defective or incorrectly produced products
If your product arrives:
- damaged;
- defective;
- incorrectly printed;
- materially different from what you ordered; or
- otherwise affected by a production error,
please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request:
- your order number;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- a description of the problem;
- other evidence reasonably required to investigate the issue.
We will work with our fulfilment provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may be:
a replacement/reprint or a refund.
Our policy provides for a free reprint or refund for eligible damaged or manufacturing-error issues reported within 30 days of delivery. The defective product normally does not need to be returned.
Ordinary returns and exchanges
The print-on-demand provider’s current policy does not support returns or exchanges simply because a customer:
- ordered the wrong size;
- ordered the wrong colour;
- changed their mind; or
- no longer wants the product.
This is because products are produced specifically for each order.
Therefore, Purely Drafted does not normally provide a physical return address for ordinary non-defective POD products.
However, this policy does not remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
30-day reporting period
For orders fulfilled through provider, we ask customers to report product problems to Purely Drafted as soon as possible so that we can submit the issue to provider within its applicable claim period.
The 30-day claim period is a requirement of the relationship between Purely Drafted and provider.
It does not mean that Purely Drafted is attempting to remove any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
10. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.
Certain products are excluded from this cancellation right, including certain goods that are:
- personalised;
- custom-made to the customer’s specifications; or
- otherwise covered by a statutory exception.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will process the cancellation and refund in accordance with applicable law.
If you believe you have a statutory right to cancel an order, please contact us at:
[EMAIL: support@purelydrafted.com]
11. Personalised and Custom Products
Some Purely Drafted products may allow customers to provide personalised information, including:
- names;
- dates;
- text;
- photographs;
- artwork;
- other customer-provided information.
Customers are responsible for checking personalised information carefully before submitting an order.
Where applicable law provides an exception for personalised or custom-made products, those products may not be eligible for the normal statutory cancellation right.
However, personalised products remain subject to applicable rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly produced goods.
12. Wrong Size, Colour or Customer Order Error
Please carefully check the product size chart, colour, product type and other information before placing your order.
Providers do not provide free reprints or refunds where a customer receives the product they ordered but subsequently wants a different size or colour.
Therefore, Purely Drafted normally cannot offer a replacement or refund in such circumstances.
If, however, the product itself is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us so that we can investigate.
Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order remain unaffected.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please carefully check your address before completing your purchase.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional costs may apply.
If you realise that your address is incorrect, contact us immediately.
14. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment using the available tracking information and, where necessary, contact the relevant fulfilment provider or carrier.
It may provide a replacement or refund when an order is determined to have been lost in transit, subject to its applicable policies.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
15. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, we will normally refund the original payment method.
For a valid UK statutory cancellation, refunds will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Where applicable, UK customers exercising a statutory cancellation right are generally entitled to reimbursement of the standard delivery cost, although an additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option may not have to be refunded.
For defective or incorrectly supplied products, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
For US customers, where an order cannot be shipped as promised and applicable FTC rules require cancellation and refund, we will provide the applicable refund rather than simply issuing store credit.
16. Product Images and Colour
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on:
- monitor settings;
- screen resolution;
- mobile devices;
- lighting;
- photographic conditions.
Minor colour differences that do not materially alter the product are not necessarily defects.
However, this does not affect your rights if the product is materially different from its description.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Purely Drafted owns or has permission to use the designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, logos, text and other original content displayed on our website.
You may not:
- copy our designs;

You also agree not to upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
18. Customer-Provided Content

You must not provide content that:
- infringes copyright;
- infringes trademarks;
- violates another person’s rights;
- is unlawful;
- contains malicious code; or
- otherwise violates applicable law.
You authorise us and our fulfilment providers to use the content as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfil your order.

20. Website Availability
We aim to keep Purely Drafted available and functioning normally.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be:
- available;
- uninterrupted;
- error-free; or
- free from harmful software.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, security measures, internet failures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
21. Third-Party Services
Purely Drafted uses third-party services to operate the store and fulfil orders.
These may include:
- WooCommerce;
- payment providers;
- Printify Print Providers;
- delivery and postal services;
- website hosting providers;
- security services;
- analytics services.
Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

This may include:
- name;
- billing address;

- email address;
- telephone number where provided;

Some cookies may be necessary for the operation of the store, while other cookies may be used for analytics, functionality or other purposes.
Where consent is required, we will request consent in accordance with applicable law.
Please see our Cookie Policy for further information.
24. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to those rights, we will not be responsible for losses that:
- were not reasonably foreseeable;
- were not caused by our breach of these Terms; or
- result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods where applicable law provides those rights.
25. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not normally be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- fire;
- flooding;
- strikes;
- carrier disruption;
- internet failures;
- government restrictions;
- war or civil unrest;
- major supply-chain disruption;
- third-party service failures.
Where such circumstances affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with you where appropriate.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The current version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
Changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights relating to orders that have already been accepted where doing so would be unlawful.
27. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or state that cannot legally be excluded by these Terms.
28. Complaints and Disputes
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter.
Please provide:
- your name;
- order number;
- email address used for the order;
- description of the issue;
- photographs or other evidence where appropriate.
We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the product information, order information and other policies referred to on our website, form the terms governing purchases made through Purely Drafted.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
